Hi Folks,At long last the Buff-breasted Paradise Kingfishers have returned to the Lodge grounds with at least 4 calling this morning. There arrival is a week later than last year and the latest since we started keeping records in 1994. Single birds have been sighted in the district since 1st November (maybe some were migrating further south) but this looks like the main contingent has arrived. Cheers, Keith & Lindsay.
