Gooday birders
On Friday afternoon, yesterday 1.10.09, saw 13 Sooty Oyster catchers and
4 Ruddy Turnstones on the rocks behind Newcastle Baths, Newcastle NSW.
Today, with Theo Tasoulis, at the new pond on the corner at Ash Island,
just north of Newcastle, had great views of the Black-tailed Native Hen,
Baillons Crake and Spotless Crake.
