Hello all,

as mentioned in a recent thread, searching for the Tasmanian tiger is a hobby
of mine. It occurs to me that many people on this list will have spent
considerable time in the Tasmanian bush. Perhaps a few of you have heard
stories of sightings, or have a story of your own? Perhaps it's even based on
mainland Australia (or PNG, or, for that matter, about other rare Australian
fauna or big cats)?

I would be most appreciative of any information, sightings, theories, etc, that
anyone might have. As this is venturing off the topic of birds, please feel
free to reply directly to me rather than to the group.

Thanks in advance :)

Chris.
