What's your evidence?  Here in Melbourne Starlings and Mynas seem to cohabit
comfortably.

Noisy Miners will see the Mynas (but not the Starlings?) off.  Even around
here where the Mynas were introduced over 100 years ago to keep down the
insect pests - and failed (like the Cane Toads).

The Noisy Miners did not become dominant for another 100 years.  They really
enjoy the introduction of exotic gums (nectar all year round!), clearing of
understorey (much less scary for humans); and management to keep it like
that.
