some help - you can get a day permit from Melbourne Water. Note that
whilst the New Farm Rd entrance is still open it is not easy to get into the
plant proper from that direction, so you are best to concentrate on the
other entrances.
Not sure how long from Narre Warren - if you use the freeway all the way you
will need a day pass for the tollway.
