This is surely not a Victorian bird (i.e. subspecies graptogyne)!?  If
anyone gets a good look, see if you can suss which subspecies it might be.
It looks from HANZAB as if differentiation might be possible; particularly
of females.  RTBCs are not exactly rare in aviculture, but they are mostly
(entirely?) non-Victorian subspecies as far as I'm aware; and I'd nearly put
money on this being a former aviary inmate on the loose rather than a
misplaced bird from SW Victoria.
