Do the bushfires have a large impact on ducks of any kind?


 Could independent duck counts happen without endangering man or bird both 
before and after official Duck Hunting seasons?

 Could working on habitat restoration ever be made a condition for 
permits/licences to shott ducks or other avifauna?
