People who are interested in this subject might want to check out Dr Dan Klem's website on birds and windows - <http://www.muhlenberg.edu/depts/biology/faculty/klem/ACO/GlassHome.htm>. He's been doing research on the subject for a number of years and compiling a worldwide list of birds known to have been killed by window strikes.

I know the maker of the birdscreens mentioned in the article previously posted. They're very nice but they're made a very, very long way from Australia.
