Hi All

Just thought I should also post a mention of a Brown Songlark seen last Sunday
about half way down Corcoran's Lane in the left hand paddock (facing towards
the main road).

Gavin and I dipped on the Red-backed Button-quail but, along with the Singing
Bushlarks and Plum-headed Finches, were quite chuffed to see a displaying male
Brown Songlark. Great views of it flying and perching on top of a twig.

Not that uncommon, I know, but this is the first time we have seen this species
in our local area.

Kind regards

Judith
