Hi all,

I was quietly going about my business working on my laptop in the living room
yesterday when I had a very big shock - I caught some movement outside and I
looked up to see a Rufous Fantail peering in at me through the window (or
rather at its reflection) - I nearly dropped my laptop for the second time in a
week! There is a creek with slightly wetter forest down the hill from us but I
was amazed to see it near our house. It hung around in the front garden for
quite a while with some thornbills before disappearing. A very welcome break
from work on a Sunday!

cheers
Arwen
