I may be on a lighting tour of Namibia at the end of May/start of June
and am curious how the birding is at Walvis Bay that time of year.
Obviously the northern migrants won't be down but I'm not sure which
birds are resident. Are the Flamingos, Pelicans and Ducks still
concentrated at that time? I'm also wondering if the fog is typically
a problem at that time. I've had a search for trip reports covering
that period but they're scarce and tend to focus on searching for the
endemics. In this case, I'm less concerned with endemics and more
interested in overall conditions.

Many thanks for any suggestions or information.

P.S. I sent this message the other day but it never made it through to
the list for some reason. Apologies if it eventually ends up coming
through twice.
