Unusual Flag/Band combinations seen at Werribee

Hi All,

I visited the Western Treatment Plant at Werribee, Victoria, yesterday 
and noticed a couple of unusual Flag/band combinations on a couple of 
Waders.
A Sharp-tailed Sandpiper had, Right Leg: Tibia: Black Flag over White 
Flag - Left leg: Tibia: Black Band. I believe this bird may have been 
banded in mainland China. Can anyone confirm this? The other bird seen, 
a Curlew Sandpiper had Right Leg: Tibia Orange Flag over Yellow Flag - 
Left leg none. The closest I could find was South Australia?? Some

Any assistance would be appreciated so I can report the bands to the 
relevant organizations.
