Pigeon or Dove

I have white feral/common/rock pigeons that look similar. I have many with
substantial white markings and two that are all white.

Hi All and in particular those who live in the Toronto area (NSW) 

Yesterday, near Toronto Library I saw what I thought was a White Pigeon. It 
Appeared to be a robust bird, so I'm thinking it wasn't a dove. The area 
Above the beak (the lores?) was quite obvious. 

Any thoughts
