Hi All,

One of our friends is a volunteer who goes every year to Malta to monitor the bird slaughter. Last year he suffered injury at the hands of the Maltese hunters. He says they don't care if they shoot every last bird on the planet. I really admire him for fronting up to the battlefront though he is now 65 years old. I guess he is one of the people mentioned in this year's article. It's not nice reading. Thanks Laurie.

Cheers,

Jill
