Greetings,
Over the last few days there have been many bowerbirds feeding on Cryptocarya onoprienkoana fruit in the car park at My Hypipamee. Yesterday we saw 2 adult male Satin Bowerbirds and numerous green birds, Catbird and Toothbilled Bowerbird. On the previous visit there were numerous brown birds of the Golden Bowerbird and one partially coloured male.

No sign of the Fernwrens near the nest site previously mentioned in the creek.

Large numbers of cranes feeding in a poor paddock of lupins on the Atherton-Malanda Road not far south of Marks Lane.

Regards,
Alan Gillanders
