I have 5 free days in Delhi in February and wish to visit Corbett park. Because I will just have been on a fairly pricey trip with my wife I'm looking for a cheaper way of getting to the park than simply hiring a car in Delhi. One thing that concerns me is that supposedly one isn't allowed to walk around, which would seem to make birdwatching rather diificult. I'd be grateful for any information as to how to make the visit. Are there any alternative places to visit in the foothills?

Thankyou, Aidan Sudbury
