Alistair,

I don't think that it is laziness for most people. For the majority who don't go chasing vagrants, it is such reasons as time, money and so on. I don't go chasing vagrants for the reason that I would rather go and see them on their home turf.

It's in C&B and plainly tickable. I put the GHL on my list too.

I wish people who are to lazy to go and see vagrants would stop stirring up
trouble over them!
