Hi Keith and others,

I have wondered about that. I've seen free-flying Peach-faced Lovebirds
that are probably breeding. Not that I would tick them what makes them
different from this House Crow? Isn't there an unofficial rule about having
to be an established population or got here under its own steam in the case
of vagrants?

Regards,
Chris
