Hi All,
Just a couple of points:

Birds-Tas also collect and collates bird sightings data, and produces an annual "Tasmanian Bird Report" of these. DAta can be sent to the Secretary of Birds-Tas at



Also, on the BA Birdata site, over what period of sightings are shown on their maps? Following my question earlier today about Red- whiskered Bulbuls in Melbourne, the concensus of relies seemed to be that there have been no Bulbuls in Melbourne for some years, and yet the Birdata map still shows dots. I couldn't find any reference on the site as to how old the sightings might be.
