Exactly!

Sadly, while it may be possible to get 'them' to take action with a House Crow, as they did with the Canada Geese, it's often far harder to get the authorities to act with "nice" birds like the Raibow Lorikeets which are currently breeding up at an alarming rate here in Ulverstone. People think they're 'pretty', and so are loathe to get rid of them, not realising the enormous potential for environmental damage they pose.
