Sorry. The number is actually listed in many places as the Exotic Plant
Pest Hotline, however, it is often cited as an animal hotline also (i.e.
on the WA's government National Animal Pest Alert for Indian Ringneck
Parakeets). It appears to be managed through Plant Health Australia.

I just called the number to check it if was right, and being Sunday it
was redirected to the National Equine Influenza Hotline! Staff were very
helpful though and offered to pass on messages to the pest people
tomorrow. The person I spoke to was somewhat surprised though that the
pest number was diverted to his number.

Maybe some New South Welshman may know the appropriate State body for
reporting potential pests? Maybe another job for our Canada Goose
eradicator.

Cheers, Pete Kyne

Peter, who are the appropriate authorities? Phone Number but no name.

I was down there earlier this afternoon but no sighting.

Cheers,
Dave
