A couple of handy accessories for Pelagic or any other deep-water trips are a couple of small zip-lock bags to put your false teeth into (fish have adequate dentition of their own) and a small bottle of mouthwash to refresh the the mouth and make your breath much more pleasant for your companions. For those that can't handle the dry horrors from most anti-seasickness medications there is also Hamilto Aquae mouth spray, which moistens the mouth and throat and is effective for an hour or so.

For those that don't want to/can't use drugs and everything else has not helped, Hypnosis can be an effective though more expensive remedy.
