RFI Cooktown Gull

I phoned the local contact Kath Shurcliff 0401 211 985 that Mike Carter 
mentioned in an early email.  She was in Brisbane, but her husband 
answered.  He saw the gull at lunch time (Tuesday).
The roads are open.  There are frequent showers but plenty of fine periods.

I am joining Darryel Binns and Tom Wheller on Thursday to look for it, but 
we may not be able to send an update until Saturday.
