Hi
Finally have completed and posted a trip report for the Townsville area
on 7 - 11.2.08.
In short Rob D & I spent 5 days in the T'ville, Paluma, Ingham, Mission
Beach area. We scored 6 lifers each (not the same birds) and a couple of
sub species.
I have posted the trip report on Surfbirds and a more detailed story on
my blog www.birdsandthings.blog.com..... for anyone who may be
interested. I don't think we cut any new territory or expanded the
birding knowledge base, but we saw some good birds and had some
interesting challenges...
