I was wondering if/HOPING it is a practice run for the animals and children saving the planet at was proposed in Robyn Willaims wonderful novel 2007. The Melbourne scenario, in the novel, was pooing cows stopping all the traffic on the Tulla (now N City-link) Freeway at Flemington Rd. The birds started by stopping planes taking off at Heathrow!!
