Hi All

Eungella was in good condition last week despite the recent rain. Access to the Eungella HE site was good however with anymore rain the area at the end of Chelmans Rd would be a bit boggy. The HE's were in good numbers and easy to see.

Did some general birding and the 2.1km track opposite the Platypus area produced Noisy Pitta along the river as well as some other common rainforest species such as LB Scrub-wren, BF Monarch and Whipbird as well as a couple of snakes.

Nothing else of any note was seen but the birding was enjoyable.

Cheers
Dan
