Why Single out dog owners. (they are bad ( But What about mobile phone users while driving, Speedsters. Red light ignorers. Stop signs. A joke. Mums parking out side schools. Bird watchers who "accidently" wander on to private land. Horse riders who cannot see (or read) keep out signs. But i agree Dog walkers on beaches are the worst.
