Dear All,

I am heading to Gippsland (Sale) to visit the mother in a couple of weeks and we are likely heading to Wilsons Promontory. I would love to hear from anyone concerning sites for any of the following birds either at the Prom or elsewhere in this area of Gippsland. I have some info from the Birding-Aus archives, but would appreciate anything more up to date.

Brush Bronzewing
Blue-winged Parrot
Ground Parrot
Southern Emu-wren
Pilotbird
Crescent Honeyeater
Tawny-crowned Honeyeater
Pink Robin
Olive Whistler
Beautiful Firetail

Little Penguin
Black-faced Cormorant
Kelp Gull
Sanderling
Hooded Plover

Many, many thanks, Pete Kyne (of Brisbane, Southeast Qld, formerly of Sale, Victoria, but never into birds when he lived there and so never got to appreciate the Freckled Ducks he probably rode past daily on the way to school!).
