Hi all, went for a walk with Margaret Reidy down the back of her place this afternoon and we were rewarded with close and extended views (best ever for me) of a Square-tailed Kite circling low overhead, even got a photo!. Photo is suitable for ID but not for show.

Fledgling Lewins' Honeyeaters and Yellow Robins were about lower down in the creek.

Happy birding.
