Hi Aidan
The bird-bath in my front garden often has a piece of bread soaking in it, left in there by the local ravens who retrieve it when they consider it soft enough. Sometimes it dry biscuits or dry dog food.
Cheers
Chris

A friend of mine, Alec Moody, reported that he saw a raven pick up a piece of dry bread, then fly over and dip it in water before eating it. Is it common for ravens to show this sort of taste?
