My brother who lives in inner Brisbane had a Pacific Baza catching (a) 
grasshopper(s) and perched on his washline this week. Thought it quite a nice 
bird and put bits of sausages on obvious spots for the bird. None of them have 
been taken (not even by the crows or butcherbirds that presumably are there). I 
don't know so can anyone enlighten me, do the Pacific Baza take food put out 
for them? Actually I think it better if they just eat the grasshoppers.
