Have you tried it on White-fronted Honeyeater yet? Peter Shute -----Original Message----- From: on behalf of Philip Veerman Sent: Sat 25/08/2007 5:46 PM To: Birding-aus (E-mail) Cc: Subject: Feeding of Pacific Baza My brother who lives in inner Brisbane had a Pacific Baza catching (a) grasshopper(s) and perched on his washline this week. Thought it quite a nice bird and put bits of sausages on obvious spots for the bird. None of them have been taken (not even by the crows or butcherbirds that presumably are there). I don't know so can anyone enlighten me, do the Pacific Baza take food put out for them? Actually I think it better if they just eat the grasshoppers. ==============================www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: ============================= |
