Fiona,

You should be able to get it while they are buying your dolphin ticket!

They're around the car park fringes along with Southern Scrub-robins. Look
under and around all the low bushes. The real challenge is to try and see
it without getting out of the car;-)

Good luck

Alan

Can any birder help me with the location of this bird (my second last
grasswren now that the striated has been split)? I believe it is fairly
easily seen in the (a?) carpark at Monkey Mia. As I am travelling with a
group of non-birders, I will have a very limited time there (while they do
a dolphin trip) in a fortnight's time. So I have to make the most of my
time which by definition is not going to be at the best birding hours.

Any help with specific directions would be wonderful.

TIA,

Cheers,

Fiona
