I'm wondering (again) if anyone on the list has used thermal imagers
or light-enhancing/night-vision gear for observing birds/animals at
night? Pretty much the only place I see reviews of this sort of gears
is from hunting magazines and survivalists. It seems like this sort of
kit would be a huge help in spotlighting. I tend to come up empty
about half the time I go out with a torch. (Admittedly, I always have
a good time.)
