There seems to have been at least 1 Olive-backed Oriole around over winter at Chatswood NSW as seen on
6 May & 24 June.

Was surprised to see an Olive-backed Oriole just down the road from my place (Bulahdelah,NSW) today. Not sure if this is an early arrival or one that has overwintered. Lots of Orioles overwintered in the Newcastle area in 2005 but this is the first one I've seen around here since February, making me think it's an early arrival.
