Gooday birders For the records, saw an Osprey this afternoon, at the Spit off Stockton Bridge, near Newcastle, NSW. It flew off the ground with something in its feet and flew over the bridge towards Newcastle. Did not see one wader at the site until we were just about to leave when a flock of about 20 Easern Curlews and a flock of at least 100 Bar-tailed Godwits arrived. They were probably waiting for the Osprey to leave. Greg Little No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
