Magpie Lark(?) Attacking Children in the MelbourneSuburbs

I did hear of someone being swooped on by one around there sometime in
the last year.  From memory it was near Argyle Square in Carlton, but I
could be wrong.  This person was apparently singled out from a crowd of
people, perhaps because he was the tallest.
