Hi all

The Crake was still present today 5th June.
9.30am onwards. It took me 20min to find it and it just appeared out of some bushes that id checked several times but didnt locate it.

Ok i can hear the comments already I know im blind and dont know what Crakes look like.

Anyway it stayed in the open for over an hour then I had to leave and make the long trip back to Broome. I can recomend the Breakfasts that they do and please remember to ask at the bar about access. Its private property remember but all staff are super friendly and take you to where it has been seen recently.

Good luck with a super bird its well worth the effort.

Ady
