Sorry, but this seems like more of the same (yawn)  
clean coal? - there is no such thing - every ton of carbon brought from
the locked away stores of millions of years ago ends up in the
biosphere in some form or other 
not a single word on managing human populations to fit with the
available (and finite) resources of a particular area
