Greetings,
Yesterday here in Yungaburra on the beautiful (but rather windy today) Atherton Tablelands our home list for the year passed ninety with the sighting of a pair of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters. The list covers an area of about 2.5 hectares.

It is interesting to watch the list grow and notice what is still missing. Seven species of Cuckoo seems about right but only six raptors is a bit light on. Only two herons so far and how come the Martins have been avoiding me when they are just down the road?
Regards,
Alan
