Bicentennial Park/Mason Park, Homebush NSW - glossy ibis & others

Had another nice morning at Bicentennial Park/Mason Park last Thursday, with
highlights being glossy ibis on the small pond at the north west end of Lake
Belvedere and around 20 black-fronted dotterel at Mason Park.

Mason was otherwise pretty quiet with only a handful of sharpies, three
cattle-egret, masked lapwing and a male red-rumped parrot feeding on the
grass nearby with a group of sparrows. Also had an eastern rosella fly over
at Mason.

Most of the usual suspects were around Lake Belvedere, including red-rumped
parrot, white-plumed and new-holland honeyeaters, all four NSW cormorants,
darter and chesnut teal. I didn't get around to the hide this time.
