Hi All,

As you may be aware the Australian Bird Study Association is holding a day conference in Forbes on March 10th. Anyone is welcome to attend (see details below). The list of speakers has changed since the last advertisement for the event and is as follows:

Dean Portelli - The evolution of cooperative-breeding in birds

Caroline Blackmore - Cooperative-breeding Grey-crowned Babblers

Helen Stevens - The breeding biology of the Grey Shrike-thrush

Graham Fry - Preliminary results of a long-term study of the avifauna of Warraderry State Forest

John Rawsthorne - The ecology and dispersal of mistletoe by birds

Alex Drew - Colonisation and persistence of birds in revegetated woodlands

David Drynan - Bird banding data and the Australian Bird and Bat Banding Scheme

Date: March 10th
Location: 175 Lachlan Street, Forbes NSW
Start Time: Registration 9:15-9:50am.
Cost: $25.00pp includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
