As very much an inexpert, I reckon it is an immature Golden Whistler.

They are unusual because they have a very different (juvenile) plumage for 
the first few months after fledging, with a lot of rufous, and then moult 
into the immature form with the rufous in the primaries.
But yours still has the red on the head.
