Parrot Aviary escape..anyone know what species it is?

was found amongst the rainbow lorrekeets at the back of my house at dusk on 
Thursday. Havent seen it since, anyone know what it is? All I know for sure is 
that it aint an Australian Species!
My guess is a Rose-Ringed Parakeet otherwise known as an Indian Ringneck. If 
you look closely on the photo the bird has a band around its right leg. Know 
anyone who's lost a pet in Brunswick Melbourne!?!
