Three photos of the Rose-coloured Starling caught and banded at Coffs
Harbour, NSW on 5 Dec, can now be seen at the bottom of the page at

Thanks to Alan McBride, Alan Morris, and Jim Butler, for the photos.

The identity of the bird is beyond doubt, but I worry about the state
of the tail feathers in the first and third photo.
