Superb Lyrebirds

Great excitement at our place this morning.  Our female lyrebird arrived with a 
juvenile in tow.  We had seen her earlier in the year with a bent tail but 
really didn't think she would manage to rear a chick in a such dry year.  Soon 
after the male turned up and we spent the next hour or so watching all three 
scratching up our garden.  Aren't we lucky?
