If you get any decent replies on this topic,would you mind forwarding it on
to me? If it is before Saturday anyway. I'm currently in Cairns, having
spent an afternoon ay Mt Lewis + a morning and afternoon at the Longlands
Gap site (nr the Crater), for no birds. Alan Gillanders said he'd seen one
bird at the latter site, but we can't find them and it's interesting that
you say that they've disappeared!
