Pitt TOWN LAGOON

Hi All, those birders who have not seen Spotless, Baillon's and Australian 
Spotted Crakes before will not get a better chance than right now. All three 
species have bred and adults chicks and juv are in plentiful supply.
The Black-tailed Native Hens,Ruff, Woodsandpiper, female Pectoral, Red-necked 
Stint, Marsh Sandpiper and Sharptailed Sandpipers are some of the other good 
things there currently.
Access to this Lagoon is via Church Street Pitt Town, not off Lagoon Rd this is 
private property.
Many birdwatchers visit this lagoon but not many of you take the time to fill 
in a report sheet that is in the box at the entry point, come on give something 
back.
