Flagged shorebirds

I wonder if someone can tell me the correct address to send records of flagged shorebirds. I have been asked about the origin of an Eastern Curlew with a black and white flag on it's right leg and a silver band on it's left and also a Red-necked Stint with an orange flag on the right leg and a silver band on the left.

I would ask Phil but he is away on a trip.
