I omitted to give web addresses to the photo hosts I mentioned in my last
message - here are the current "top six", along with their percentage of the
market (in terms of hits):

Photobucket http://photobucket.com 43.84%
Yahoo! Photos http://photos.yahoo.com/ 18.27%
Webshots http://www.webshots.com/ 8.34%
KodakGallery http://www.kodakgallery.com/ 6.52%
ImageShack http://www.imageshack.com/ 6.04%
Flickr http://www.flickr.com/ 5.95%

Some of these sites also have a photo printing service but their hosting is
free up to their size limit.

There's one other option for all birders - if you have a tricky ID problem or
an intersting photo you want to share but don't have anywhere to host it, I'm
happy to put it on the birding-aus website for you.

Cheers

Russell
