Borneo field guides?

Belinda,
I have just purchased 'A field guide to the Birds of Borneo, Sumatra, 
Java and Bali' by John MacKinnin and Karen Phillips (1993). It was very 
difficult to find but I got it through Andrew Isles after vigorously 
searching the web.
